A Staten Island man faces a traffic citation after his tractor-trailer overturned Wednesday on Interstate 87 in the town of Lewis, temporarily closing part of the highway.
New York State Police responded to the rollover at about 6:41 a.m. The preliminary investigation determined that Jianai Zhong, 45, was traveling northbound in a 2019 Kenworth tractor-trailer when he experienced fatigue and struck the guiderail on the eastern shoulder.
